Makro online offeres a very bad service

I am super disappointed with makro online. Since I’ve ordered 2 fans on the 5th of Dec, they were supposed to be delivered on the 13th of Dec. They don’t update me as to what’s going on. They don’t reply emails, when I call they say the courier will fetch the order! I urge people to avoid buying from makro “online only” because makro threw us under the bus by allowing us to directly buy from their suppliers.
