Makro online not worth spending your money

Makro online was great and so efficient until part of my order was not delivered/missing. Customer service and various communication channels are nonexistent. They just don't respond. No follow up what so ever on my inquiries/complaints. No ammendment of my payment. No items to show. What a disgrace.
