Makro online not up to standard

Place an online order on 13 August 2023 for a dishwasher, Order Number: MAK***. Received confirmation on the 14th that item is handed over to their courier partner. On the 16th I enquire on the status, finding out that the item was net handed over to the courier. This was resolved quickly and the item delivered on Friday 19 August 2023.

On installation we saw that the aquastop safety Inlet valve on the Inlet pipe is cracked. I immediately informed Makro via WhatsApp including the pictures ***. On Monday the 21st I phoned Makro again enquire on the progress of my enquiry. Till today no one contact me to resolve the issue.
