Makro online not giving back refund nor the ordered product

I bought a laptop online end of november, was not delivered and no one could tell me why there was a delay. I requested for a refund before 25 December which I was told I will get with in 7 days, still waiting, no feedback I have called about 5 times and I don't get any assistance just get prpmised I will be called back. I will never buy anything from makro, hugely dissappointed
