Makro online not delivering goods
I ordered from Makro online a printer and monitor bundle on 16 August 2023, I received the printer but the monitor has not been delivered to date(29 August).
I have sent 3 e-mails to the contact centre and phoned the helpline. When speaking with the representative they indicated that they saw my mail and gave me a reference number. (***)
So, by their own admission, they ignored my e-mail.
I am posting this review hoping that someone higher up in Makro will see this and respond since there are no other obvious contact channels on the online website.

Everything went quiet after a few phone calls and I still have not received the monitor.
It is now 18 days after the date of the order.
I am considering further actions.
