Makro Online Not Delivering

I'm very dissatisfied about the service received from Makro (online). I ordered an item on the 12/01/2022. The delivery date was stated online that it was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 7 days. I raised my concern regarding the fact that after seven day the order was still showing ordered not shipped. Today is 23/01/2022 order still not allocated for delivery.
