Makro Online Non-Excisting customer service
*** I purchased a 3.6m steel frame swimming pool at Makro Online. I installed the item and filled it with water. After a while I realized the water is leaking from the seems between the floor and wall of the swimmingpool which was clearly a manufacturing problem. I contacted Makro online hence the reference number. They informed me that they will collect the item. I packed the whole swmmingpool up and put it back in its original box. It has been weeks with no proper response from them. They want pictures and this after they said they will collect it. Nobody is coming back to resolve my problem after numerous calls and emails to Makro online. Could this be resolved with proper feedback and response.

16 Feb 2024, 18:10Thanks for the generated response. A courier did come and fetch the pool without notifying me at least someone was home. But still no phone call or email to explain what processes are followed or nothing. Guess I will have to wait again for response or feedback whenever it is convenient for Makro.
