Makro online - no service

Ordered a washing machine online on 23rd November 2018 with an inidicated delivery time of 7 to 10 days. It's now 14th Jan and despite numerous phone calls and emails, still no indication of when I can collect my washing machine. This is horrific service from Makro won't make the mistake of ordering anything from them again.
