MAKRO ONLINE NO REFUNDS THEY ***** CUSTOMERS PACKAGES AND BLAME CLIENTS FOR NO REFUNDS

HI i bought a charger online on Makro item got dillivered only yol find its wrong charger on manday 15 april corrier guy come and collects the item ,on my suprise the item was still oin good comdition,i called from 17-20 requesting for my refund and the call center agents stated that ill be called for my refund .last week Friday i got call from Sgundo Makro Agent stating that the item was not in same stable state that i sent it back to the currier guy.IM DISSAPOINTED ON THE THEIFS THAT WE TRUST WITHN OUT MONEY NOW THEY CANNT REFUND ME CAUSE SOMEONE STOLE THE PINS OF CHARGER NOW IM A ACCUSED BY SGUNGO SAYING THE ITEM WAS NOT IN SAME POSSITION THAT I BOUGHT IT BACK I HATE ONLINE PURCHASES YOU NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE FRAU AND *****T HAPPING IS SO BAD I DOUBT ILL EVER USE THIS STORE AGAIN THIS IS A MAD CLIENT NOT ANGRY
