Makro Online - no refund for cancelled order

I have order a Laptop on Black Friday, After 2 week cancelled the order because I could not wait any longer. Got another laptop instead and a balance was due to me. The order cancellation was confirmed by email on the 6th of December 2017. As yet I have not refunded the balance Amount paid R9 999.00 Replacement laptop 4 499.00 Balance due to me R 5 500.00

I have purchased online in good faith that there was stock (printed in black) Can I be refunded please.
