Makro Online, no never again!

I used Makro online again.... my mistake! I thought that things might have changed for the better after my previous experience... Ordered and paid on the 9th September... no delivery, I emailed, Phoned and I complained on the Makro site as well! No explanation or feedback or indication when I will eventually receive my order. Just to mention, It was not a small order! I personally think Makro/ Massmart has lost the plot as far as online clients are concerned. They get their money immediately so there is no haste to supply.
