Makro-Online No Name Brand Items sold to me

I ordered a Air fryer 8l XL Silver Crest make from Makro online Sep2024, 11 Sep 2024 a box Ladled Eclectic oven no name, no serial number, nothing, a NO-NAME BRAND item. i complained, over next 5 days different REF numbers, yesterday 17Sep collected this NO-Name brand item, Now the wait continues, I want my money back. can't believe this.
