MAKRO ONLINE - NO MANAGERS WORKING TODAY

I had an arrangement with them to deliver today. They alleged that they tried to call me but they did not. I will get call records to prove that. Lebo from the call centre refused to give me her surname said that there are no managers working today. When I called back Thebogo Mokweng confirmed that. I then phoned customer care and Jacky said that her supervisor was out. Jacky did everything in her power to help and linked the store manager into the call. I agreed to give them until 17:00 today to do the delivery otherwise I will not accept the delivery and will demand a refund. Lets see if they can keep this promise.
