Makro - Online no good responses with refunds requested

Just to add to the already bad reviews. Used to get okay service from Makro but not online. Had to cancel last order with no movement in the process after payment. Contacted Online makro and Makro care email addresses. No urgency to reply. Possibly canceling another order with no movement once again
