Makro Online No-Delivery *****

I order boots online at Makro on the 26th of February. These were not delivered and i raised raised it with Makro within 24 hours of getting a successful delivery notification. It has been back and forth since then (innumerable emails and phone calls) and false resolutions were made. I was also asked(on email) to log an incomplete order even though no goods were received.

It now feels like Makro Online is running a ***** business that wants to frustrate me so that I quit.
