Makro online no delivery

After placing an order on the 25th on November Makro has still not delivered. I was able to get through to the call centre once which was completely unhelpful, they still have not called me back. All she said is the store does not answer their phone. I've emailed and now tried calling all day. This "customer service" is disgusting! Makro should not offer online sales if they do not have capacity to supply
