Makro Online - Nine weeks but order still not delivered

On the 25th of March we ordered a venetian blind with Makro Online (MAK***). It was not delivered before the lockdown and since we have follow up with them endlessly to try and get the order delivered. We have made numerous phone calls, sent e-mails, submitted online enquiries but to no avail. To date we still have not had the order delivered. It has now been 9 weeks since placing the order and for the past 4 weeks the order has been reflected as "order packed". We recently spoke to them again and they apologised and informed us that the order was on its way. Two days later - still "order packed". Be warned that if you order from Makro Online you might wait forever to have your order delivered. But don't just believe me, go check all the other terrible reviews!
