Makro ONLINE Nightmare!!!!!
PLEASE do not use Makro ONLINE. They are absolutely useless! There is no escalation process in case of an Order going wrong. My Order # MAK***. Order was placed on Mon 02/12/2024 @ 14h34. I was promised delivery by Thurs 05/12/2024, It is now Tues 10/12/2024 and nobody can tell me when the delivery will be done! I have spent almost an hour on the phone being transferred from one person/department to another with no end in sight.
This is the 2nd Order in a row that they have messed up solidly. The other Order No. was MAK***. I donot want to go into the details of that stuffup due to time constraints.
Stay away from Makro ONLINE!!!!!!!

I have raised a serious issue with regards your escalation process. I donot see your response encompassing how you intend to address the problem. Are you going to just ignore my concern or help your customers decide on whether to use your platform in future or not?
