Makro Online nightmare

I placed an online order for school supplies on December 24th, 2024 and am still waiting for my delivery today on January 16th, 2025. Despite the delivery being scheduled for December 27th, 2024, it arrived on December 26th, 2024 without any notification. I was informed that the delivery would be rescheduled after it was returned, but it never occurred. I attempted to contact Makro through their WhatsApp line (with Elzane and Reabetswe), call center number (with Katlego), and even directly at the store (with Rosalia). There's no clear answer from anyone. The only thing I'm receiving is that my issue has been escalated and I need to be patient.
