Makro online nightmare

Im very unimpressed with the service iv recieved from Makro. I ordered office furniture online in January and im sitting a month later with incomplete items. I call daily and none of them have returned to me with a solution. Im in trouble at work because it seems like I stole company funds. Iv asked for an email to show that they are doing something about them missing item and iv received no correspondence from them. I am literally out of options
