Makro online never delivers

Makro rep**** on Hellopeter, and advised they will get back to me in 24-48hours is now 4days later and still no reply. Gosh I really just want my purchase, it's so frustrating. Makro online is the worst customer experience in the world, it's so pathetic man, I'm so regretful I made this purchase because my son has been waiting so long for his item I promised him. Absolutely atrocious, nothing works, emails, phone calls, hello Peter, nothing works!!
