Makro online never delivered

Placed and paid for an order on 1 May. It is 21 days later and package has not been delivered. I received an email stating that the package was handed over to the courier on 4 May. I have sent 3 emails, just got an email back saying they are forwarding my email to another department. This was more than a week ago. Still no feedback. On Monday I will be demanding my money back. Will never order from them again.

This order was a present for a birthday on the 17th. So I was left red faced with nothing to give.
