Makro Online Never Again
I bought something online from Makro, they supp**** the incorrect quantity of the product.I then asked for a full refund.the return request was approved on the 01/04/2026. Since then no refund, have emailed every couple of days, which no response or just lies about it being processed. No communication from makro online or care. No refund I have multiple references still no refund. I have provided the requested documents four times ,still no refund I will like to speak to manager, no contact details, still no refund I will recommend to anyone and everyone to avoid buying from Makro online ,
I am still waiting for refund

03 May 2026, 13:59Just had phone call from Makro, I cant speak to or get a managers contacts, to deal with this issue. I cant get a single person contact to communicate my problems to 1 person to resolve it
They say it is stuck at the finance department.
