Makro Online Never again !!!

Do not purchase from Makro online !!! I purchased a gift for my brother on the 1st of January 2025, and it clearly stipulated delivery on 04 January 2025. I realised that it defaulted to my address in Johannesburg and immediately called the call centre to change the address... I spoke to a lady by the name of Nelly who assured me it's been changed. On the 4th of January 2025, I phone Makro call centre to track my order only to be told by Noelle that the address has not been changed. I was livid. They promised a call back from the supervisor and assured me the address was changed. I got an sms on the 6th of January notifying me that my package was collected by the courier. I called the courier to track my order only to be told they delivering in JHB and the address change did not happen!!! From expecting delivery on the 4th of January it has now changed to 14th January 2025! No accountability, lies spoken by call centre agents! Highly frustrating! Never again!!!
