Makro Online = Never again

I bought products online from Makro. According to their website it would take 2-5 days for the order to be delivered. After no response from the online query system, and numerous phone calls to the call center I was told that I had to wait the store will contact me. Could Makro please attempt to assist customers with the queries wrt to products ordered and payed for by customers.

Hi Zanele It has been two weeks since placig my order and still no delivery. I have tried to make contact with the store as well as the national call center without success. Could you kindly follow up on order MAK712679.
