Makro online needs to give better service and pay attention to the description of the the orders they receive

I’m so annoyed and disappointed with the service we get with Makro online , because we are busy and can’t go out to stores , there suppose to be a convenience with purchasing stuff online . I ordered a washing rack for R550 the specif one I wanted I didn’t even mind paying this extra money because it offers extra lines for clothes to hang . I received my order yesterday 28-10 and it’s the wrong washing rack .. do people not check properly what they sending out to us ?? Now it’s an inconvenience because I have to go online and log a return on an app that barely works it keeps kicking me out , I went into store at makro Toti they said they can’t help me .. so what do I do now ?
