Makro Online, Need to wake up , Service :( not good at all

Called Makro online call centre no answer, tried the chat bot no repsonse, even sent emails, nothing, not sure if makro is on shutdown period and closed or just asleep because we moving nearer to Christmas period, but if anyone can still help me out of customer decency it will be appreciated. Makro Return order for a product was placed on 7 Dec 2024, I was informed that it will be return / pickup on Tuesday 10 December 2024, the product I ordered is not the one as displayed by Makro online when I purchased.
