Makro online must fall

I have been doing follow up with Makro for 3 months now and they keep on telling me that my refund was processed July 2024 but they asked my banking details on September 2024. Ever since I was told to do follow up withing 48 hours which I'm doing each and every time. My cellphone bill is almost approaching the amount they owe me. Don't bother other items online better go to the store or else you will loose your money. Just tell me that I won't receive my refund than making me a fool
