Makro online must be canceled

I bought a freezer online, saw that there’s no progress online even on the day of delivery so I enquired only for them to tell me the courier won’t deliver and they will refund me I’ve been fighting for my refund and they even blocked my email. Makro has the worst online service so many bad reviews for such a big brand. Don’t ever buy from them!
