MAKRO ONLINE - MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

MAKRO ONLINE IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I placed an online order on the 25th of January 2025 and Makro cancelled my online order the 27th of January 2025 without informing me. I paid with Capitec pay and they apparently have issues with refunding Capitec pay customers. They keep on telling me the refund was done on the 5th of February 2025, but I even sent them a bank statement to prove I never received MY money back. DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH MAKRO! It has been 1 month later, and no refund was made to this day!!
