Makro Online misleading

I placed an order on 28 November for an office chair which was normal price over R3000.00 and ons special R1999.00 so I purchased this item. The following week I called and followed up, status remained the same "order confirmed" later that same week I called again, told me due to Black Friday weekend all orders was delayed but they are taking note of my order, this was on 3 December on the 4th I just recieved an email saying my order was canceled due to no stock. I am extremely unhappy, as this item was available when I made the purshace, a week later they just cancel, not calling to advise on the situasion or explaining, I called and said this was unacceptable, this is misleading clients by showing an item is available then just canceling my order AFTER A WEEK on order confirmed status. until today 5 December nobody called me back, nobody responded to my complaint. I will never again order on Makro Online. They refunded me my money today, even though they did not take my email or complaint in consideration. VERY unhappy with the service I recieved. Due to my experience, I will not refer anyone to buy at Makro Online, very misleading.
