MAKRO ONLINE MISERY

I recently bought a generator at Makro online on the 16 August 2023 I was delivered on the 23rd August 2023. I used it twice and by the 31st August 2023 it didn't want to start I called Makro to notify them. Since then when I follow up they keep saying they're waiting for their supplier to tell them if they will bring a technician or take back the generator. It's a third week now. So I don't know what to do my reference is MAKRO***.

Every second day I've been making calls hoping for a different results, it's the same thing.
