Makro Online ****mers- NIGHTMARE! Avoid

I purchased a pre-assembled chest of drawers from Makro Online. On the 6 of March the item was delivered but not accepted by me due to the incorrect item being delivered, an unassembled chest of drawers. Tacking ref of shipment MMLB-***. Each time i call the customer care centre a return is logged for me, this has happened 5 times and on all 5 occasions my return is approved and then when the courier comes our to collect the retuned item ,my return request gets rejected due to there not being any item in my possession. It has been 3 long and frustrating months trying to get my refund back from Makro. There seems to be broken processes and lack of customer empathy. Please refrain from Makro Online, it is a nightmare!
