Makro online market

I bought a product online the i request for a return they fetched the product aftr a month and couple of weeks I haven't been refunded. Everytime I call them I'm told they've escalated the case but still nothing 🙃 I'm very dissapointment with makro online team I don't think I'll ever purchase from them cause they failing their customers and they can't manage their online market.
