Makro online management in "meetings" not able to attend to customer concerns

When calling the agency, I was told by memory that she cannot escalate the fact that my item has been back and forth with management as they are in a "meeting" until 9am. So much f9r customer service. Pathetic, if you ask me. Makro online messed up my order and now I am told I cannot escalate as management is in meetings!!!!!!!!!!!! A true reflection of the state that this country is in. No one cares for the paying customers. Get it right Makro, or should I come and teach you how to service your clients??????????????????
