Makro online. Just don't!

I ordered a product online from Makro, recieved a damadged product twice and then requested a refund. Makro took 6 WEEKS to refund me my money! Yes 6 weeks! For 2 months Makro recieved interest on my money, I spent hours on the phone wasting my time with call centre agents thus costing me money. I recieved no apology from management or peace offering after all the inconvenience caused. I am one very unhappy customer that will not be returning to Makro. Think long and hard before ordering anything online from Makro please!
