MAKRO ONLINE ITS A BIG ****

Bought sets of suitcases 9th the 17th on the 19th they were deliver only to find different pattern, colour and price were different from what I have ordered strangled to log a return on the 19th but on the 20th I managed and choose a date for today till know no corresponded of the courier to cim pick them I wen to my nearest makro on the 20th they say the can't take dem cause they don't have dat stock with them .They I si frustrating emotionally and financially cause if they have not collected obviously the refund not done whilst it's not my fault at all imagine buiting black set recieving silver one it's worse.i choose today for collection no communication a big inconvenience of having to wait for collection and buying other bags whilst I didn't recieve my refund
