Makro online: items didn’t arrive, no refund apparent

I bought two packs of two boxes in March 2023. Only one pack of two boxes was delivered. I immediately notified makro of the issue. They said they would fix it. Three weeks later nothing was done and I had to call again. I was told they had no stock, and would get a refund. It’s now June 2023 and no refund is in sight. In addition, we have phoned several times since then (all at our own cost and time) and been told that we have been paid out and the money should take a day or two to clear. Since the money has still not been returned, one wonders whether the consultants were lying? I’m extremely confused anyway, and extremely frustrated. I advise people never to use Makro Online. Stick with Takealot instead.
