Makro Online is very disappointing

Very disappointing return policy and more so process of purchasing online. It took weeks to arrive even though it's was sourced from Defy locally. Somehow I ordered red when I wanted black, have no idea how but no easy way to exchange, they won't even collect. I don't care what why I don't want it, take it back. It just shows that Makro Online is not really a real Online store like Takealot who are amazing, the best, excellent real online store. I will never buy through Makro Online again, I would rather pay more elsewhere.....
