Makro Online is useless

Makro Online is very useless. Its basically the same concept as buying from takealot but with zero efficiency and they are unorganized. Notifications of delivery only come through a fee days after delivered. Moreover, I purchased a freezer that was damaged. It took over 3 weeks to process the refund simply because their courier forgot to list it as delivered back to the warehouse. Somehow it was my problem. Recently, I bought 4 fans from their website which was from one of their retailers. The completely wrong item came. Again I have been experiencing issues with notifications and updates on my returned item. Basically, these were the only 2 times I purchased from them and never again.
