Makro online is useless and a *****!!!!

Comfy home furnitures via Makro is a NO!!! I recently bought a L Shape couch from Makro for 8999 marked down, this product is still on the website and still on ads but for 10500. I bought the LS on 28th of September was meant to be delivered by the 17th of October. Monday the 28th of October I received a message to say it is handed over to the courier. I phoned to make sure and Makro told me no sorry it is not out for delivery. By Wednesday the 1st of October Makro cancelled my order without any explanations. After I phoned them they told me I cancelled the Order. Please explain😡 Makro really are useless with online shopping and I wont recommend using them to anyone.
