Makro online is useless

Online purchase made on 24 Aug. Delivery confirmed for 28 Aug but still not received (13 Sept). Called more than 7 times and have been promised feedback after every call. Not once have Makro called to advise what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. No wonder they lost more than R1billion in their last financial year. They are the most useless consumer company that I have ever experienced
