Makro Online is useless

I ordered a washing machine online at Makro, today my wife gets a sms saying that they would deliver today. My wife got a phone call a while from the courier company they use saying they are on the way, 1st of all he gives the wrong address where he should deliver, we went to track the order and on there they had a totally different address that I put on for delivery. 2nd he then goes on to tell my wife that if he needs to take it to the right address he will most certainly not deliver it today????? Now that is the worst service from Makro Online that we have gotten.
