Makro online is useless
Makro online is the worst. I keep asking them to cancel my order. But no one is cancelling it. I get told that my cancellation request has been escalated but no one is doing anything about it. I cancelled this order on the 30th of August 2022 but it’s still not cancelled. Today I got an sms telling me the following. Hi LERATO, Your Makro order is on its way! Look out for a SMS from our courier partners on the day of delivery. Need more info? Track your order online or call Makro customer care on ***. How is it on its way when I asked for cancellation. Please cancel it and refund me my money!

You guys should do better for the big store that you are proper service is what you should be giving us. Please sort this out. I’m getting really fed up with following up now. Cause no one ever gets back to me!
