Makro online is useless

Order Number: MAK ********** I purchased an item from Makro online on the 26th November 2018. Delivery is supposed to take 7-10 days. I understand that they have been out of stock and had to wait for a delivery from another store. I have been calling the useless contact centre the past two weeks and every time they give me the same story " Order is ready for collection by courier to take to my store for collection " - FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS??? Every time I call they say they will find out from the store what is going on but NO ONE gets back to you. I am now tired of this scenario and need to know what has happened t o this order.
