Makro Online is useless

I purchased 2 camping chairs online on the 27 November. When they were not delivered within a week I phoned customer care and got a reference (***), and a follow up email confirming it had been logged and would be dealt with.

It's now more than 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my chairs. Trying to get hold of Makro is impossible, holding on for more than 15 minutes just to speak to speak to someone.
