MAKRO Online is useless

This is now the second time in a month that I purchase a product at MAKRO online store and they just canceled my order due to out of stock, how do you advertise take my money and then just say sorry, This is the last time I shop at MAKRO and will now also close all my MAKRO accounts. Now I have to wait 2 weeks and begging to get my money back and I need now to wait to purchase a new product till I have my money.
