Makro online is the worst online shop in the WORLD!

I order a Black Friday special on Makro's online store on the 22nd of November 2018. They set the expectation that it would be delivered in 7-10 working days. The 10th working day was on the 6th of December 2018. Since then I have called everyday 3 times a day, and have gotten different stories as to why my order is so delayed. I spoke to a supervisor regarding this on the 11th of December 2018 and requested that I get may package within the latest 2 working day. At this time, my package is STILL in route from the Makro dc centre to the store, Riversands. This is unacceptable service delivery even Takealot can do better than this.
