Makro Online is the worst online order platform!

If I could give a 0 rating I would. The Makro online is the worst online ordering platform I have ever used. I ordered on the 10th of August 2022 and to date my order is not delivered. My order number is MAK*** According to the online tracking and WhatsApp line it has been delivered today (24 August 2022). It was not delivered. The call centre is USELESS. Its an endless wait on the phone then the call is dropped. No follow-up, no feedback, nothing. Do yourself a favour by not ordering from Makro online.
