Makro Online is the worst EVER!!!!

To whom it may concern

I’ve bought x5 items (Intel NUC BXNUC10I3FNH PC/workstation) from the Makro online store on 17 Aug 2023 with order #MAK***

Delivery 2-5 days with expected delivery 23 August 2023...today is 31 August 2023 and i didn’t receive my items yet and I’ve been phoning the customer service number daily even twice a day to follow up and my query was escalated and made high priority with NO joy at all..

Phone calls will be up to 40min daily with no satisfaction because every day the same story: * Your query was escalated sir * We sorry for the inconvenience sir * We cant get hold of the courier sir * This was a 3rd party store that you bought it from via Makro online * We cant get hold of the company sir

I don’t care who sells what on Makro online as a 3rd party...i did business with MAKRO and i am ****ed off with your pathetic and bad service. I’ve lost a client because of you now because the client just want their equipment and no longer want to do business with me and this make me very unhappy and angry.

You don’t have the decency to contact me with feedback or email, sms or any form of contact unless i phone you to ask for an update this is very bad for business for such a big company like yourself. I need answers to where my stuff is or a full refund within 24hours so that i can buy the equipment from someone else that know about customer service.
